Quotes and estimates

Website pricing and quote information may be starting points only. Final pricing may depend on property size, condition, access, service frequency, requested tasks, special conditions, and other job-specific details.

Scope of service

Only the services confirmed for the appointment are included. Additional tasks or changes requested on site may require additional time, availability, and pricing approval.

Property access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property and for communicating relevant access instructions before the appointment.

Safety, pets, and valuables

Please secure valuables, sensitive documents, fragile items, and pets when appropriate. Tell us in advance about hazards, restricted areas, or conditions that could affect safe service.

Scheduling and changes

Appointments are subject to availability. Rescheduling or cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Any fee or deposit requirement should be disclosed before booking.

Recurring services

If recurring service is arranged, the frequency, pricing, billing method, cancellation process, and any renewal terms should be disclosed before enrollment. Customers may request changes subject to availability and the agreed service terms.
